By far the worst condominium project I have ever witnessed the results of.
I genuinely believe their goal was to only make the condos look good for the for sale pictures. Everything, however, has its issues at 86 Dundas Street E, Mississauga:
Wrong fitting of doors/doorways and dishwasher in every unit I have visited. Lobby and garage doors don’t open/close properly. Loose hanging signs that appear to be easy to fix, yet no one seems to care about.
The only positive thing is that security staff is doing a great job handling the mess that the developers left behind.
