Can I customize the floor plans?
No, the floor plans in a mid or high rise condominium cannot be customized. The builder keyplate in a typical condominium is stacked across the many floors and cannot be customized
When do I get to choose colors and decor for the unit?
Your decor appointment is scheduled at least 2 years prior to the first tentative occupancy date of the unit. Condominiums will have one color selection appointment.
