Promenade Park Condos is a new condo development by Liberty Developments currently in preconstruction at Promenade Circle in Thornhill. Suites from high $400s with the development scheduled for completion in Fall 2023.
The project will consist of three residential towers that are expected to have a total of 1,066 residential units. Two of these towers will rise out of a shared 6 storey podium, where they will reach up to 35 and 30 storeys high. These first two towers will have a total of 748 units, which will be divided into 363 one-bedroom condos, 337 two-bedroom condos, and 48 three-bedroom condos.
The third tower will be 28 storeys tall, and it will have a total of 318 individual condominium units. These will be divided into 265 one-bedroom units and 53 two-bedroom units.
The master planned project will feature direct access to Promenade Mall and everyday amenities within walking distance. The three residential condo towers 28, 30, and 35 storeys would be located at Bathurst and Centre street in Thornhill. Promenade Park Condos will mark the transformation of Bathurst & Centre into a modern urban hub!
