Transit City Condos

This will be the first residential condo tower to be built by Centre Court Developments as part of the 100 acre SmartCentre Place community in Vaughan’s Metropolitan Centre.

Designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects Inc., the project will be built right next to the new TTC subway station in Vaughan which is set to open Summer 2017 and the new Viva bus terminal.

The building will feature spacious units from 500 square feet to 1000 square feet along with 9 ft. floor to glass ceilings and an interior design, superior to many other projects sold in the neighborhood.Transit City Condo will be the first of its kind to feature an Italian inspired “Buca restaurant and bar” in the lobby with all day dining and in-room delivery for residents.

Condo residents will be able to access Vaughan’s new 100,000 sq. ft. flagship YMCA, which will also adjoin a new library, a community centre, a nine acre park, and plenty of retail and shopping.
